Merchandise must be returned in the same original, brand new condition with all tags affixed. I reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet this criteria. Refunds will processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. All refunds are sent through PayPal.com unless a Personal Check or Money Order was used to place your order by mail. Exchange Policy
Merchandise can be exchanged for the same or different item, but it must be unused & in resalable condition. Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item unless the item is no longer available. If the item has been discontinued, customer has the option of exchanging merchandise for something different or requesting a refund. There is no deadline for this Exchange Policy.

Shipping Policy
All merchandise is sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx). I usually ship the next business day, Monday through Friday. Same day shipping is available depending upon time of order placement. Overnight shipping is available, however, please keep in mind that most orders are not processed & shipped until the next business day.
